VCOA-Chi Feb 2023 Meetup: Volo Auto Museum

Join VCOA on Sunday, February 26 to visit the Volo Auto Museum! We’ll meet up at 10:00 (be 10 min early) at the main entrance. Discounted group admission is $20 including taxes (see below). We’ll check out the immense museum, including dozens of obscure scooters plus countless other vintage, film/tv, custom, and military vehicles. Bring the family, there’s a huge antique mall, a Disney collection, toys, jukeboxes, and an animatronic dinosaur exhibit (Note: the dinosaur section costs extra, let me know in advance if you want dinosaur tix).

All scooters and scooterists are welcome. We’ll meet regardless of the weather, but if the roads are bad please don’t ride! Check this listing, and our facebook page, for any last-minute updates.

Remember that we need to enter as a group to get the discount. Please arrive 10 min early so we can get everyone organized, and please either:
1) Bring $20 cash per attendee
2) PayPal me ahead of time (email/text me for info)
Group admission is $18, but state tax and the Volo amusement tax ends up back at $20 (it’d be $22 without the discount).
Bring extra cash for food and tokens for the mold-o-rama, carousel, arcade games etc.
We’ll meet up at the entrance and then go straight to the scooter exhibit to get a group photo, then you’ll be on your own until we meet up for lunch (we’ll take a vote, we have a few options). I’ve also got some decals and other booty to hand out!
